V Property Development Co., Ltd AKA “V PROPERTY” is a new rising star developer focusing on “ Luxury” Condominium class. And the feedback of another 51% Thai quota is quite satisfactory due to the fact that our designed facilities have fulfilled the needs of Japanese and that the project itself is highly potential for renting out comparing to others.

Moving fast with new strategy

This year, V Property focuses to develop only high-rise residential projects along the BTS Sky train; Sukhumvit green line. The company sets income target to hit 5,000 MB by the year 2020 which will further facilitate the readiness for getting listed in SET.

Mr. Pornchai said that V Property is an estate developer specializing in Luxury segment and have no intention to enter Mass Market which many investors consider us as Supercar of Property industry in Thailand. We are more enthusiastic to develop the projects in highly sought -after Sukhumvit area especially near BTS PhromPong and ThongLor station.

In addition, Mr. Pornchai said that the pre-sale price of most new projects launched in Central Business District ( CBD) and the extended area; such as Din-Deang, Paholyothin, Prakanong and Prachachuen, are tremendously increasing. The land plots on the outer area are also increasing, but at a slower pace, approximately 8% from previous year.

In regards to the recent event at 36th House and Condo Show held at Queen Sirikit Exhibitiona Hall , V Property had successfully acquired the lists of customers interested in new project next to BTS Phrakanong . Mr. Pornchai interestingly added that most of registered prospects and customers were our previous customers who greatly feel confident in our brand and works. And part of the names were from word of mouth. This is the evident that our company has shown strong Customer Service skills and toppled with high-yielded investment returns.

V-Care 360 Service and “You Are V-VIP” Campaign

Speaking about Customer Service Management ( CRM), Mr. Pornchai clarified that V Property had conducted a questionnaire survey from time to time and enabled the team to stay alerted of any unexpected rising issues customers may have. We called this “ V-Care360” service. In the near future, we plan to set up new in-house Resale and Building Management section to provide better all- rounded service to customers.
